Who Should Not Take Selegiline?

You should not take selegiline if you:
 
  • Are allergic to Eldepryl, selegiline hydrochloride, or any of the inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
     
  • Are taking any of the drugs that should not be taken with selegiline (see Drug Interactions With Selegiline).
