Neupro Patch Information
Neupro® (rotigotine) is a medication used to help relieve symptoms of Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome (RLS) in adults. This prescription product comes as a patch that is applied on the skin once a day. It is available in several strengths; you may need to use more than one patch to achieve the prescribed dosage.
Although many people do not have any problems with this medicine, side effects can occur and may include drowsiness, nausea, and vomiting.
To help ensure your safety with Neupro patches, make sure your healthcare provider has current information on any other drugs you are taking (including vitamins and supplements), as well as any allergies you may have. Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
