Neupro® (rotigotine) is a medicine prescribed to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome (RLS) in adults. It comes as a patch that is applied to the skin once a day. The dosage your healthcare provider prescribes will be based on the severity of your condition, how you respond to the drug, and various other factors. While most people tolerate the medicine well, side effects can occur and may include vomiting, drowsiness, and nausea.
