Blood pressure medicines, diuretics, and nitrates are some of the drugs that can interact with Apokyn. Some Apokyn drug interactions may cause your body to metabolize the medicines differently than intended. These interactions can increase the risk of serious conditions, including dangerously low blood pressure or a dangerous irregular heart rhythm known as QT prolongation.
