Artane Drug Interactions

When acetylcholinesterase inhibitor medications, pramlintide, or other anticholinergic drugs are taken together with Artane, drug interactions could potentially occur. These negative interactions may decrease the effectiveness of the medicines or increase your risk of side effects, such as dry mouth, constipation, nausea, dry eyes, or difficulty passing urine. Talk to your healthcare provider about any Artane drug interactions that may apply to you.
